Hikmah (P-ISSN: 1829-8419; E-ISSN: 2720-9040) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal which has been established in 2004 for the dissemination of state of the art knowledge in the field of in the fields of Islamic Studies and specifically in Islamic education, Islamic law, and Islamic philosophy, Islamic economic and Islamic History. This Journal is published twice a year (January-Juny and July-December) by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Sumatera, Medan, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Hikmah is concerned with publishing original (library or field) research articles in the field of Islamic Studies and specifically in Islamic education, Islamic law, and Islamic philosophy, Islamic economic and Islamic History. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.
Hikmah has become a CrossRef Member and all articles published will have unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) number: 10.53802. Al-Fikru: Jurnal Ilmiah also has indexed by Google Scholar, Dimensions, Garuda
